Return Process

  Ensure your pet apparel is free of hair, odors, and signs of wear, and that it is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Request a Label

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
